Author Topic: Hi community, I need any advice for what can I do with cloudbet. Thanks!  (Read 120 times)

Hello community,  first of all I'm sorry for my English is not the best I know...but I have this issues with @cloudbet I don't know if anyone have the same issues and if have let me know how I can resolved. In 2014 I start playing a lot of bitcoins in 2015 I reach 2.0 millions of point loyalty. In that moment contact me from cloubdt support. I can ask a phone and then send me to my house . But never I get that phone because tell me I need reach a new level 2.6 millions. And when reach never send me.. 2 years later I still asking when I can redeem my points and always told me in future you can. Now seems futures come... and they say i lost all my points because I don't play like the others years.. but I play all the rest of year at least something for don't loose anything. Now they tell me I have 0 point. But why in 2022 I have a chat when tell me cloudbet 2.6m can't be lost...and now tell me I lost?? Why in 2015 have 2.6million and 2017 have 2.6 millions too but in 2024 I have 0? Why if not program exist  offering redeem point when they made a program for redeem why my point dissappear? Don't need exchange first? Anyone can give me your thoughts? What I can do? I only asking free bet or cashback I'm not asking millions of dollars... but seems they never want give anything back to me.. because I play at different price like now... please any advice for ne?? I have emails from them. Chats. Pictures to many.. I can see a lawyer? Thanks I appreciate everything.

just to be clear, you are saying that they have a "program" that lets you earn loyalty points when you gamble on their gambling site and those points can be exchanged for an item or something? also, they said to you in 2022 through chat that those points would not disappear but in 2024 they said that all your points are gone?

anyway, I am not really sure what can be done here since I am still a little confused. it would be great if a cloudbet representative could explain and maybe can give more context on what is going on.

you mentioned that you have emails, chat and screenshots, would you mind posting them? if the images, emails, or chats, have sensitive information you can blur them for privacy.

Hello, yes. Sorry my English is not the best

In 2014 I start playing. I earning points loyalty points but in that time they told me the points work in future. One day contact me and tell me with 2.6 millions points you can redeem a phone.. when i reach that. Never I get a phone. Only ask me deposited again  5 btc and rollover x 3 and then I get. Even when already reach the points... 2 years later. 2017 I still have the points because I have a screenshot of withdrawal and se clearly my points. I ask again I support. And told me I need still waiting. In 2022 I again asked and they told me in chat I have thenpoints and talk with a vip agent how I can get is a lot of point for loose. And that vip agent. Monty! Never redeem my points. Just offer me a cashback (already have that in sportbet when I decide decreased my bets in cloudbet and use in fully sportsbet) and have a higher tier in my account for earn points. So basically deposited nothing free of the huge amount of points I have..  

Today I asking again and tell me in email I get and answer. But I am tired about this. So I decide make public for them solved my issue sfor one time. I waiting more than 9 nyears. What I lost I lost... I don't care the 1000 btc I lost. I care about the things fair. And people know cliudbet is not trustly. And I want redeem my huge point at least with a free bet free spins in the slot I want. Free money( with rollover if they want) something I can feel yes my point are redeemed now!..

I forget to say, and today in chat told me because is past I lost the points. And I say is not true. Because 2015 to 2017 points still in my account and 2017 to 2022 still too!! Now they have a program and my points dissappear?? And how I can lost if in past the points accumulated when they have the program to redeem i can do. No matter if play or not. Points are points. Why need decreased if lost my account I understand but if not... why decreased the points I earning...is rare right??

I play every year something for don't loose the account. And always have the same answer. Nothing fot me. But why over years before the launch this redeem points my points dissappear and before I have on my account?? I don't know why they don't give me.. maybe is a huge amount. But I don't care if give me at least something Its fine for me. But they don't understand !!

It seems that Cloudbet has had many issues before since 2019 if you search Cloudbet scam you can find many results but most of the people who have some issues not similar to yours have been resolved. So they can maybe able to resolve this case if I were you try to bring one of their representative into this thread you can contact him from this link below

It looks like the logged in just to update something in the OP of their ANN, which was on the 6th of March this year. After that, it looks like they went back to slumber a month later.

That seems a sudden change of terms and conditions and they're free to do that at any time they wish to do. There have been issues with them in the past and they're different from yours. So, if you can contest that again to them and try to explain that you should have that points stuck on you, they'll just direct you to this T&C that they changed last March.
