It is true that a crypto arbitrage bot can achieve profits, but it needs to be fast and to have a strategy. Even so, profit is not guaranteed and therefore there is no such thing as 100% profit.

Now, if OP were to release it to the public for free for a free trial, it would be a different story because once it proves itself to be a bot that can generate you a profit then it's a different story because there's proof already so then we won't mind paying for the bot but that's only possible if OP releases the bot for free but right now, it's as you're saying, it's too good to be true so it's not worth being excited about it.
There is no type of trading with a 100% guaranteed profit. This is far from reality and just propaganda with no proof. I have tried many trading robots and only a few times have the results been satisfactory.
As for arbitrage robots, it is true that they are profitable sometimes, but they contain many problems, because they require speed and having accounts in all the exchanges that have price differences. In addition, these exchanges close withdrawals and deposits as soon as these price differences are discovered.
It's kind of contradictory of you to say that bots don't work and then at the next paragraph, you're saying that arbitrage bots are profitable although I won't dispute that trading isn't a guaranteed profit since that's true and obvious unless you are a God. Maybe your concern can be something that can be easily solved I mean that multiple exchanges then probably a programming voodoo could be useful to create that and there's a lot of IT industry people that can do exactly what you're describing, it's probably a matter of how you plan to your steps into building that arbitrage bot.
