AvalonMiner 1166Pro-81 Just getting started - Wild fan fluctuations & hashrate?

I hear the fans go loud.. and then quiet over the period of a few seconds, and it seems like the machine is shutting down and then starting back up again.. but the dashboard shows that its been online the whole time. I also have high rejected %, like 25%, and also the nicehash graph shows wild swings on the earnings for it. Here are the logs

You have a good ping according to the logs but under ECMM the value seems abnormal.

Would you mind trying to replug all cables from the control board and I'd like you to switch to another pool because Nicehash is not a good pool.

What is ECMM?

I switched over to Braiins and its showing this, which seems much better. https://ibb.co/2kdkKLH
But I have not gotten paid anything yet. I guess I have to wait until that pool wins a prize right?
I also connected to f2pool, and hashed there for a bit but there was no payout. Should I get a payout there when a block is found, for the hashrate I contributed? Nicehash said

Note that you may lose all your work (shares) if you disconnect from the pool before the block is found.

. Which means since I disconnected from f2pool, I lost all the hashrate I put in there?

See did you notice the difference? Nicehash is not a good pool.

If you are mining on Braiins pool you should see when is the next payout under the Braiins pool dashboard.

About f2pool they do have two payment schemes better read this "How f2pool calculates rewards"
