I would also buy Steam Accounts as long as it had TF2 Premium and was able to use steam trading.

I believe you need to spend like $5 in the Steam store or MannCo store then it's like a 1 week wait or something silly...Not too sure I've had my account since like the day Orange Box was released

Buy any item from the ManCo store and its a perm account. Just verified from a friend.
