A lot of work goes into planning, researching, and writing good posts. So, I can understand why newbies get all worked up about the criticism and feedback their posts may attract. I believe that each individual has a unique way of reacting to criticism. For example, some may act defensive, offended, show appreciation or just totally ignore the criticism or feedback.

Before I share my four (4) tips on how I handle criticism or feedback on Bitcointalk talk, let me echo the popular advice given to newbies in the forum. I'd quote Mr.right85 because I love how he puts it.

Be open to criticism
Every perfect system is often one that has been tested by series of criticism and when they don't break you, they make you. In your need to be better, never expect only kind words from most persons or anyone, its the first step to disappointment and brokenness. On this, I say you should grow a thick skin like THE PHARMACIST and LOVESMAYFAMILIS would say and instead of being bittered, learn to utilise and apply them to be better.

Below are my four (4) tips on how I handle criticism or feedback on Bitcointalk Forum.

1) Provide a little bit of context
I try to give additional information or offer a relatable perspective when I observe that the critic or user providing the feedback has misunderstood me.

2) Research on key points
I carry out a research on the key points raised by the critic especially when I observe that the criticism or feedback given shows that the individual has domain expertise.

3) Rewrite and Revise
If my research proves that the points raised are valid, I either rewrite or revise the topic from top to bottom. This time, I focus on the key points. After which, I upload the file to a private folder on Google drive.

4) Ignore Button
If I notice that the user is just trying to humiliate or embarrass me for no just reason I put them in my ignore list.

How do you deal with criticism on Bitcointalk forum?

Criticism is like or is one of the characteristics of human being and it is caused by human perspective. Everybody can never see sense in what you do but some times we need to do better, let the percentage of criticism not be more than the people saying nice things concerning what you did.
However, ignoring them sometimes is the best option but sometimes you have to show or prove to them you are right not by argument or violent but in a calm and matured way.

How do you deal with criticism on Bitcointalk forum?
This is the correct approach there is no room to get mad or angry about your post being criticized instead the best way to get back is to correct if there is something wrong with you're post or explain you're side if they are just there to criticized you after you have explained or revised then no. 4 is the best way, because one way or another, as my experience someone will back you up and explain it clearly to them that is why i like this forum, unlike others that they will drag you down even more even though you are correct or right about you're post.
