How do beginners find such services? The site has only been created for two weeks, so you will not find it archived in search engines. So how did you get it?

People may find new service through emails.  I often got an invitation through my dummy email.  Probably his email information got leaked and sold to some people who do e-mail marketing strategy

Code:
Domain:btcdbssg.com
Registrar: GoDaddy.com, LLC
Registered On: 2023-10-29

It is a scam until proven otherwise, and if it is promoted through social media, block the account that recommended this service and try not to talk to strangers about cryptocurrencies or investment.
Binance is good and does not use blockchain.com is better than Electrum for computers and BlueWallet for phone wallets.

New services does not mean it is a scam, but if it is given through social media DM or email, better to get suspicious about it.  It is best to use time tested exchanges in order to minimize the risk of getting scammed.  Binance, Kucoin, and other years standing centralized exchanges is a good choice then you can always transfer your bought BTC or any crypto to your own wallet just to make sure you have fully access to your cryptocurrency.

. I am curious why they promote their website with a negative point of view. Do they still get visitors by promoting it negatively?
There's a marketing strategy called dark marketing, it's a strategy whereby the marketer introduces the service, product or business in a negative light initially so as to get their target audience curious as to know in details what exactly is wrong about such service or products that has warranted the presentation of the product or service in such negative point of view, so they may want to see for theirselves

This method sometimes is usually very effective to drive traffic to their platforms especially for online businesses, after which they monitize such traffic or use the statistics to build reputation, the sole purpose of this strategy most times is not to get you to patronize them but basically for traffic. A typical example would be with this that OP just mentioned, out of curiosity some persons will go visit that domain and help them increase their traffic. The promoters of such marketing strategy sometimes play victim card so as to get public pity and further want to investigate the site.

Isn't it the dumbest idea for a person to check it for themself? Do you believe such people exist in this world? Isn't it okay? They scammed him, but they won't scam me? I should try myself and check if they are scamming me too, risking my hard-earned money. Then, what is the benefit of creating scam accusations in the forum?

I have seen negative marketing. Elon Musk tried to prove that Tesla's cyber truck glass was so strong, and they threw something to the glass to prove it was strong enough, but unfortunately, the glass broke. It went viral, and they got free marketing.

Starting in the Bitcoin market can be exciting, and it's great that you're seeking information and advice from AISG. It is a good idea to do research before trusting any platform.
Regarding Binance, one thing which you should keep in mind Binance ask for KYC. If you want to buy Bitcoin without giving your personal details so you should check this website which has mentioned no KYC exchanges.

And Regarding storing Bitcoin, I will recommend to use Cold wallet. Which is a good option ever.
