There is a current problem right now with people asking for services and not paying for the work so allow me to tell you that you will have a hard time finding a person for the job unless you are alright with the use of escrow for the funds that you are going to pay for the service.

I have two concerns regarding this job ad,

Firstly,  is this your direct job or you have someone that needs the hires.

Secondly, Do you agree to escrow the funds for this job or pay upfront as we can't afford to have multiple complaints about people working and not getting paid. Loads of those kind of complaints have been noticed around the forum lately.

You made me laugh, you found 10 people in such a short time, let's hope you can pay them. The problem does not lie in how you communicate, but in your attempt to hide things. If you put money in escrow, you will inevitably find everyone involved.

How on earth do you intend to work with 10 accounts you bought?

Let me guess, you want to have to raid or shill at the same time. Its not easy managing two to three accounts, how much more 10 of it.

I wish you all the luck you can get but it'll be more ideal to spread the job across people (that's if the job is real and ideal) else it will overwhelm you at some point in time.

And always seek some contributions from the forum as more people might be into it same job you want to adventure into.
