If it looks real clean maybe grade it? I haven't graded any yet. EBay likely get most but try r/currencytradingcards on Reddit also, save on fees that way.

Imo I would sell it as-is, unless is looks absolutely perfect. If you get a PSA 10 then it should go for a nice premium, but 9 or less won’t really help from what I’ve seen on eBay. But either way, nice pull!! Ruby 53 is an amazing card
