I guess the long wait will be over soon...  On October 28, the exact airdrop amount per person will be visible in the claim portal and I guess the exact date of when the airdrop will really happen...

I'm guessing it's gonna be around the first week of November.  But who knows, claims could really be on October 28.

Looks like it has bottomed out and going sideways.  That's a good sign imho.

With a pre-market price of $0.069, it's too good, especially with a total supply of 100B.

How much is the allocation for the total airdrop? I forgot to read this. Lol, but I know there will be a season 2 where Monad will give back.

I don't expect much from the allocation, but if there is a drop below 30%, I will buy.

^  The airdrop amount, the tokenomics and all the info regarding the distribution of MONs will be announced on Oct 28.  At least that's what they were hinting,  So we'll see...

As for season 2 airdrop, not sure if there is one.  Where did you get that info?  I'd be careful rn.  Just get all your info straight from their official accounts in Twitter and Discord.

Actually, this is just my guess. Lol, yeah, why am I saying this? Because often, projects that distribute airdrops have two seasons [1-2], but I'm not sure --- it's better to just follow the information there.

The FDV of 6.9B is quite high, and I hope it can increase again.

^  It's kinda high, but not really.  We'll see...  But then there's Cardano which does nothing, could do nothing and will prolly do nothing and yet it's still up there in market cap.  Lol.

And if Monad's initial supply is around 30% of the total at TGE would mean that the market cap is around 2 billion USD.  I think it could have at least a 5x and join the top 30 market cap projects.

Ngl...  I got the 'Community Last???' tier, which is supposed to be the highest tier, and I got 5 boxes per day for three days but the amount of MONs in the boxes on day 1 were way less than those ones from guys of the lower tier.  Lol.

But yeah...  It is what it is.  Hopefully you guys cooked on this one.

I got a couple of days to go open more boxes tho so let's see.  The next one starts in around 40 mins or so.

I think I'm gonna hold and see what kind of price action it has and will depend on the tokenomics.  If there's a slight hint that there will be sell pressure I'll prolly sell some and buy back lower.

I'm not an airdrop winner. Lol but I'm sure when the market is crashing there will be a lot of selling their coins to the market in bulk --- well there will try to buy at the lowest price but will again see the situation later how deep the lowest price will be.
Usually when the market is not good, then the listing monad will not rise sharply.

yea bro it is looking like things are finally moving for Monad Testnet i thin the team has been quiet for a while so seeing the claim portal live is a good sign that the launch is near but one can never be too sure with this airdrop projects sometimes!! they are full of mysteries but if the premarket price on Hyperliquid stays stable and volume picks up we might see a solid start once the airdrop opens still i will say it is best to stay cautious!! hype around airdrops can pump fast and dump even faster once claims start

Obviously selling it. There are many who also got the airdrop, and it's wise to sell it and waiting for another bottom. There are big selling pressure coz all of community who were not Monad maximalist are ready to dumping their tokens to be converted into the stable or another token.

I've also seen a HYPE whales were saying he would be dumping all of their monad to be converted into the HYPE. Goodluck for you if you're thinking to keep it instead of sell it. At least we got it for free.

^  The guy called CBB at Twitter?  Yeah..  I don't get why people like to put a little shade on Monad.  It's not like the team is scamming the community.  They really made an EVM implementation from scratch and if it does operate at high tps as promised then we prolly have something that might have set another bar in infra for crypto.

But yeah, I'll prolly sell if the price action is bad.  But if staking give good yield, I'll might decided to do that instead.  They also recently announced that locked tokens held by the team and the investors won't be given the ability to stake.  Just unlocked tokens at TGE.

Aside from the not so innovative tech and the already settled contenders

1. late bull market = exhausted liquidity
2. VC's sell when liquidity comes
3. Bullhype works contrary for new L1's
4. Market pumps on mainnet-announcement --> sell the news

 Better buy in 3 to 6 months after launch and btw then it's bear market. Price will be way below ico.

^  True.  Some people in their Discord are starting to think that Monad's real move up won't happen this year or next year, but during the next bull market whenever that may happen.  Lol.

The good news is the Monad Foundation decided not to allow locked tokens to stake..  Which means it's an opportunity for airdrop recipients to increase their stack.

It's a crap project. The team promised to distribute tokens to the community, but in the end, many people received nothing after 1-1.5 years of testing. I also wasted a lot of time on this project.
The tokenomics are very dangerous; the team could buy back the airdrop and send the prices to the moon.

The monad is a greedy bastard. They will be conducting the public sale, which is looking to raise at least 170m++ usd. This is obvious the team is seeking liquidity to exit.

They raised hundreds million USD, and it's not even enough to develop their copy cat blockchain. I call it copy cat as they forking Avalanche's code.

Anythough on this @tokeweed? Are you willing to take a part on this sale too? My thought that if it's too risky even if the purpose just to flip our money cuz it's sale starting from 2.5b Mcap.

Mmm..  I wouldn't say it's a 'crap project' but I wouldn't blame anybody calling it as such after seeing the tokenomics.  It's just disappointing to see 3.3% for the community and a public sale for 7.5%.  Talk about fleecing the public for more.  Lolol.

So it looks like it is indeed 'Community Last'.  

Anyway I was planning on holding onto some of my airdrop but now I think I'll sell it all depending on the price action.  It's starting to give me W vibes.
