Is there any justification for fraud?

Sometimes I wonder how the future of Nigeria will be as a country considering the rate at which our youth are getting involve in fraudulent activities. Fraud is now considered as the surest way of surviving among most of the Nigeria youth while those that are not involve in fraudulent activities are seen as Lizzy youth that are not updated on the current trend of the economy. One thing that surprised me most is that most frausters are celebrated in the society and nobody seen to condem fraud as a criminal activity and because of this many Nigeria youth are considering it as good practice thereby raising some irresistible temptation among the youth.
If I may ask, is there anyway fraud can be justify as a means of making a better living among our youth?
