You should have directly explained what happened instead of asking people about him. Let them be the judge.
Besides that, there wasn't a need to post the same thread twice.
Also, you do have the option to directly post about anyone in the Reputation board.
You can get a wider audience there unless it's something to do within the Indian board itself.

Is he banned? I don't see ban tag in his profile as well as on Bpip.

To answer your question, I don't know him personally to make any comment on whether he is or not but AFAIK, scams are not moderated here so even if you found someone who is found as scammer/fraudster the user will not be banned for that reason alone.

Good luck in your challenge of degrading me to gain your merit source position. Trusting you and adding you to my trust list without knowing about your true intentions of gaining trust or merits was the only mistake I did

What is this all about? If it is about Merits then there are other sources and threads which can be used. I don't know the issue and that is why I cannot make any further comments on this thread. I would ask both to think rationally and don't come to any conclusion through this thread. It doesn't look good that only a handful of us are fighting with each other as it will destroy the community that we are trying to build.
