I can also vividly remember the announcement of the ban and the ban came in the month of February, last week 2021, but I didn't follow up the news to know when sec provide their asset in the country because I was not a cryptocurrency lover at that time. Op you are a Nigerian and we all know how the system works. Nigeria government and it agencies can say something today and denied it flatly. So from what they said that the guideline could encourage local exchange and later they changed their mouth again is not a new thing for us who understand their unprofessional behaviour.
If any exchange company want to Open a branch in Nigeria and it doesn't have the required amount of money to kick start the project, well they can still start it up because at the beginning the patronizing force will not be much so they can do it with a low key until they top up the balance.
