He posted this, and then I scanned and scanned this thread for the stated upload of said conversation....and nope, he didn't do it.  Looks like he also didn't pay the bare minimum of $300 for J_J's work even after an address was posted for TimtheYoutuber to send the BTC to.

Joel_Jantsen has been a pretty trusted member for years now, and along with the fact that TimtheYoutuber already has a few negatives on his trust page I'm going to leave the latter another neg until this gets resolved.  Good luck, J_J.

I have always had pretty positive dealings with Joel in the past. Reading the accusation I would hope that a peaceful resolution comes here and I like TSC giving the tag until this is resolved.
