London High Court has allowed Ontier LLP law firm that represents CSW Faketoshi to serve papers to 16 Bitcoin developers, wanting to recover 800,000 BTC from 1Feex wallet and Mt.Gox exchange hack.
Interesting thing is that list of developers is also including Bitcoin Association for BSV, and other developers like Wladimir Van Der Laan, Jonas Schnelli, Pieter Wuille, Marco Falke, Samuel Dobson, Michael Ford, Cory Fields, George Dombrowski, Matthew Corallo, Peter Todd, Gregory Maxwell, Eric Lombrozo, Roger Ver, Amaury Sechet and Jason Cox.

Most of us know Greg Maxwell who is still active in bitcointalk forum, and notorious Roger Ver aka MemoryDealers.
Amaury Sechet was connected with Roger Ver on his BCH project and later he forked his own BCHA shitcoin.

This new lawsuit is not related with previous one regarding Bitcoin whitepaper, and you can read more about it in Ontier release:

Faketoshi is delusional if he thinks that he can easily get those bitcoins, wasn't he suspected back then on the multiple occasions that Mt. Gox got hacked and thousands of bitcoin got stolen? And now he acts like he is the victim in this story.

Craig Steven Wright is a clown and fraudster who has been trying to obtain copyright for Bitcoin for many years. It is understandable because it is a lot of money.

https://bitcoinmagazine.com/legal/the-trial-that-could-end-craig-wrights-satoshi-claim-for-good-started-today
"The trial is of particular significance because it stands to affect a number of other upcoming court cases, perhaps most importantly including a lawsuit filed by Wright against several Bitcoin Core contributors. If COPA is able to prove that Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto, he is unlikely to stand a chance in these cases. But if the High Court judge rules that Wright is in fact Bitcoin’s creator, it could eventually result in the Australian computer scientist gaining copyright over the Bitcoin white paper and source code, which could severely stifle the Bitcoin development process. Already, Wright’s actions appear to have had somewhat of a chilling effect on the open source development community."
