In the tg chat, the admin offers to log in to the wallet on a third-party resource, allegedly this is necessary to verify the crypto wallet. They ask you to enter a SEED phrase. I don't know what to do about it

The person in the tg chat asks me to log in through my wallet to the site that he gave me, ostensibly to confirm my wallet. I haven't seen any ANN thread of terracasino.io in bitcointalk. I also haven't use this casino yet. But it kinda unethical for me to giving seed phrase for verifying the wallet.  If you want, you can contact them again if there is any other way except giving seed phrase.
Also, if you suspect it's a scam, you can open a topic with evidence against them on the Scam Accusations board, or you can also move this topic to Scam Accusations board from the left side of the bottom.  Although I haven't seen any official ANN thread or account on this forum.
Moreover, the way to add your image is not correct. If you want, you can follow the following methods to post images or upload your images to any image host and then edit and add the link to your post.

You need to use hosting images e.g. talkimg, imgbb, postingimages etc.

It's weird, I can access the site from my end without any issues.

You need to check your wallet, does all of your coins have been moved to another address? there's no one including the developer who created the wallet, will ask their' users seed phrase, you're got scammed.

You are most likely being scammed.

Seed phrase would mean the wallet's seed phrase, which is should NEVER share with anyone, because doing so gives that person access to your coins in that wallet and they can spend it at their own will.

I am not surprised this happened to you on telegram, scammers are often posing there in different names and personas to fool users and steal their money. Possibly they are not even part of the casino you are talking about.

Can you give us some details as to what happened step by step?

Also do not share any personal info with anybody or God forbid, your seed phrase.
EDIT: I read your edited OP again, it seems you are a victim of the old skool method of where you are shown big numbers on a site and when you ask for withdrawal you are asked to pay for that deposit. It is an entire scam because you actually have not won anything there and the numbers are fake. Whatever you pay them to allow your withdraw is going to their pockets, they will never let your withdraw anything.

Please move on to another legit casino.

this is extremely suspicious and sad to say you most likely got scammed. you are basically giving up your wallet if you give them your seed phrase, do not give your seed phrase to them.

1. The casino is like a scam. They have no gambling license and have a habit of blocking user funds under the guise of "verification". Information I have looked up shows that you are not the only one who has faced such before.

Here is another user who had his withdrawal blocked 8 months ago. The issue was never resolved.

2. DO NOT GIVE YOUR WALLET SEED TO ANYONE be it the Admin. Once you do that, all your funds in your address will be stolen.

The account named Admin, which contacted you on telegram, seems to be one of the scammers who impersonate group admins to lure you into phishing sites to enter your seed phrases and steal your wallet. As for the Terracasion platform, I have never heard of it at all, and I have not found any related topics in this forum, so it seems unknown. Even its ratings on online casino review sites do not look good. However, if you have withdrawn your winnings before, you should contact their live support on their platform again to resolve the withdrawal freezing issue. Their website is accessible well. Have you used a VPN or any extension that has blocked your access to their casino?

If their customer service asks you to deposit money to withdraw or asks you to enter seed phrases or anything suspicious, it will confirm that it is a clear scam.
