A tip: Get IP-TV they often got all the movies and many more and download them to a Android tv box then you can move them to a USB stick and computer and then do your thing.

IP TV content doesn't match my requirements, as quality & bitrate is inferior to 4k uhd blu-ray.

I know I might not be able to help you due to the requirements, so I am just giving you some pointers if they can help you, in case you haven't explored them yet. Have you tried apps like Stremio using the available community add-ons?
Not sure about the download speeds, but the app does have the option to download movies and shows.

Bitcoin_Arena: I have not checked Stremio. I don't have the time, and it's ultimately why I want to hire an assistant who can take this off my plate and do it all themselves. So far I found 1 person who started working for me, but I want to continue interviewing to find at least 2 more candidates, try them all 3 for a little while, and keep the one candidate who does the job the most reliably.
