You have forgotten the states in the USA that plan to make a bitcoin reserve, apart from that of the US government. From the article quoted by the OP:

You know what his means increase in the price of bitcoin. And possibly bitcoin may get to $200000 if that become possible.

Do you think 2025 is not too early? The government are always slow in something like this but they will later begin it and pass it into law.

We got from the "governments hating Bitcoin" stage to the "governments buying Bitcoin" stage way too fast. I don't know what changed in the last 2 or 3 years. I'm still skeptical about the "Strategic Bitcoin reserve" thing. It sounds too good to be true. I don't think that this idea will gather enough support in the Republican party, so that such bill could be approved by the US Congress. Maybe this Templeton guy has some insider information about the subject, who knows. I think that he is speculating and trying to boost optimism with such predictions. My prediction is for a bearish BTC market at the summer and fall of 2025.

2025 is not too early, I feel that government in some countries are even beginning to have FOMO owning to the fact that the moment US government pass the law for Bitcoin as federal reserve, they don't know what to expect of price, so they will probably want to catch up on time too and what if it even leads to a situation that each country will want to have more Bitcoin than the other. Am just saying tho, but we can not really be right about what might happen next.

It is an unnecessary thing to worry about but it is not surprising seen this coming up now I just feel people need something to use as FUD and this is what they hold on to now. Satoshi has one million in his possession as they stated but I ask we have extra 18 million in circulation why the scare for something like that. This has always been and still is just a guess - so while it is undeniable that Satoshi was the first who simply had to mine to get BTC going, we cannot say with certainty that he mined 1 million or perhaps 500 000 BTC. Even in those early days there were about a dozen people who started mining, besides Hal Finney and some others, the guy James who lost his BTC on his hard drive claims to have been one of those early miners.

Even if Satoshi is alive, he knows that it is best for BTC and him personally to remain in the shadows. If he appeared in public, it would cause much more harm than good.

the BIS(bank of international settlements) have been discussing for years a regulation that allows countries reserves to invest in crypto, upto a level of 2% buy-in of reserve value and having to sell when crypto value gets to 5% of reserve value

It is too early to talk about Bitcoin adoption because at the moment, not too many people are aware of Bitcoin. The best that can happen this year is various governments studying Bitcoin and the possibilities of making it a reserve currency. This will give birthday to the adoption of Bitcoin by many countries and eventually at the mainstream.  The moment the big economies give a thumbs up to Bitcoin, the rest of the world will join.

oops, thanks for adding it as I did not mean to exclude it purposely, I forgot. There must be many other countries or governments showing interest to add BTC in their national reserve than these 7. So, that's why I said we must create a topic where we should make a list of them all or maybe we should wait for a little more until we have more countries on the list.

You are right, if something big like this happens then we are seeing big pump in the market.

Edit: I just read the whole source link again, as previously I did not read before making my first reply, I simply share what I knew about the adoption but now I am surprised the article also covered the same countries hehe, just the one I missed, which you mentioned.
