Why people itself let their leaders to manipulate with them ?

The reason why people can not defend themselfes and often let manipulate them because they don't act Independent ways they always wait for advice from some one else someone higher someone better.
The elite don't want to mess with Independent thinkers so they avoid with all Cost because it can hurt their own back in real life.
That's why slave owners put those people in high positions and in wealthy positions even If they got no enough skills but they might be brutal enough so it's better to make sure they do well in life.
Because when you attack soft people they not gona search you but the wrong people they might even visit you while are with your family so that's why elite want to be sure society cruel and and stronger ones will survive so the stronger ones and who really can step up against justice Will be busy making a lot money.
That's why they let the homeless people in USA  to be on the Streets to show society that only strong will survive and any weakness will make end up with nothing
So that's why the society need to be not about caring but fighting over money and jobs Because If society will be little more soft the stronger ones might start to protect weaker ones but If everybody will be busy of survive then the top slave owners don't need to worry about.
Society can be saved only by stronger ones and elite must assure stronger ones often criminals Will do well and they don't want to ask questions.

I have another situation that reflects some of the similarities in epidemics like before the advent of anti-disease drugs, before that our lives had to be through illness to the point where we couldn't bear it stand up and find a way to fix it. And I also know that sooner or later, diseases like cancer will find a cure. For me they get manipulated because of two reason, it is either they are ignorant or they are afraid of the power so even if they know that they are being manipulated they wouldn't do anything.
We also have those people who couldn't decide on their own so they let other people dictates them, or be easily swayed by the people around them, those people would act or think depending on who are around them.

We as employees are the modern slaves, they buy our times and services in exchange of the salaries that we're receiving. And for us not to leave them because we generate money for them, they give incentives, bonuses and promotions. As they say, you've got job security and probably will be set for life for being employed. But you will miss the lot of joy and gatherings and memories with your loved ones.

But this is the reality of life that we have to sacrifice for those memorable times if you can't keep it up. There are leaders political and private companies that do give the honor to the simple people and employees like us as they appreciate our hardwork. It all depends to the leaders that we're having and I am out with the hopes of relying to the leaders although they're the actual driver of our economies.

That's why I have set it on my mind that I have to work for myself, and not for the leaders so that my family will be with me wherever I go. Although indirectly, I have the contribution to whether the leader is good or not. That's another reality that we can't remove because in political systems that we're living in, we cannot change it anymore on what's with the system that we've used to have.

Animals are only driven by their instinct and their pushing for survival, while we are also pushed by our survival instinct, but we also have a developed mind and sense of self-awareness. Yes your are right, The fact that most people help leaders to do wrong means that, most people want them to enjoy unfair benefits from their leaders which in fact most of the time people get from leaders. It seems to me that these are the social policies of every country, even if people say good things socially, they do them again.

This is funny but actually true, most people are volunteering manipulated too because everyone one has a choice of what to do and this set of people literally do everything they are being told, maybe because the are being bribe or they want to be seen as a good person or wants to gain favour in their sight.

I don't think that people will ordinarily allow others to manipulate them, it's either that they're brainwashed or they're forced to accept what the manipulators wants. People in countries where they have dictators as leaders or where elections are rigged and people who are not voted for entering power, it's not that the people don't know their rights, it's because they don't have the powers to confront and oppose these bad leaders. Who can blame people in these backward countries, if you oppose the government, bad things can happen to you, you can be jailed or executed. Until every country in this world begins to practice true democracy, oppression and corruption will still continue.

People tend to think that those in higher position are untouchable and flawless. They think that they don’t make mistakes because they idolize them too much. They have to realize that these people in higher positions do in fact make mistakes from time to time and sometimes even with a lower position, you can correct someone with a higher position.

Do not be afraid to speak your own mind and stand on your own principles.

Talking about stronger ones and soft ones, I want to mention that the strength isn’t just about physical strength. The strength involves mental resilience and persistence. Many people give up too easily. Just a little hurdle and they quit. Many poor people are people who gave up because I believe that life tries to throw opportunities and when you don’t see it coming, you go get it.

I would like to give example of India which is considered as world's largest democracy wherein the prime minister's hand is blood soaked as he has killed thousands of Muslims and openly gives speech against Muslims and always tries creating communal roit by saying the majority population Hindus are in danger in order to remain in power and people knows that he is not good for nation but still votes for Hindu in fear that if he loses then Hindus will be in dangers and that's how leaders manipulate people by creating sense of fear.
