Difficulty and market fluctuation make this hard to answer.  That being said, I'm doing ok mining darkcoin with x11 algo.  You have to also factor in that I'm making a little less per day then scrypt, but my operating costs are way down.  Scrypt was using 800 Watts avg temp 77C, X11 I'm using 500 Watts avg temp 60C so I'm also saving a ton on AC cooling costs when summer hits.
