1xbit refuse to send me back my deposits

Unfortunately, 1xbit stil promoting for the casino and gathering victims always and you can’t blame the innocent people who click on ads without researching but I hope they learn a less painful lesson with moderate deposits. The problem is with the big platforms and YouTubers which are promoting and helping them to scam people.

Reading what happened to you with every detail tells us how bad you are feeling, but honestly I don’t think is thee a way to recover that money as many others with higher amounts couldn’t do much but to warn other gamblers from falling into their traps.

Yeah I guess you 2 are right.
But still, even when I see a promo I would not blindly register and deposit at that site without further checking for more info.
These days there are so many bad apples in this industry and without a check it's hard to find a trustworthy one.

Even when I registered at stake or sportsbet.io I did my due diligence to check about them. I also check for cashier options, how fast they withdraw, what about KYC, check sites like trustpilot and more. There is no money o throw out of the window so you have to think twice this site you trust your money with.

One of the problems that consumers face is being duped by advertising. It cannot be denied as a result of advertising, people tend to automatically believe that if an informative (or respected) website displays ads, they would be vetted and would passed various checks before their ads were placed. 1xbit/1xbit1 might have given up on using this forum to promote their business but they clearly are placing ads on other platform to attract customers. I think you have virtually zero chances to receive your money back. I am sure is extremely disappointing to read but you will have to move on and get past this incident. If you hold hopes for having the money returned you cannot be blamed for having wishful thinking but if we are being honest we know it will not happen.

By reporting the incident here you have already helped the community as it shows another claim against 1xbit/1xbit1 and you should try to find some solace in that.

I've seen your post on their thread multiple times in the past and I am pretty sure I have answered some of them. anyway, I doubt you'll get a response from them here, they have been inactive on this forum for almost a year now, they have a pretty bad reputation here and I don't think they'll be back.

As JollyGood has mentioned, you have virtually zero chance of getting your money from 1xbit. there are a lot of similar cases to yours and If I remember correctly, the majority of them never got their money from them.

They have left the forum of their volition therefore they can return whenever they want if it suits their agenda. I believe they will be back from time to time just to run a signature campaign for a short period in the hope of getting some negative tags removed.

Of the cases that allegedly were refunded in the thread created by 1xbit/1xbit1, it seemed they were red herrings designed to demonstrate they were taking claims seriously and were refunding those that had funds seized and accounts frozen under the most dubious of circumstances. I would go further than what you stated with the word "majority", instead I would use "none" received their money back.

How long have your balance been stuck there, and how long have you been messaging them?
I know they started to resolve the issues of their users before but it looks like they are back to what they are in the first — back to being scam.
