You would gain more attention on gambling board but it's probably better to follow the rules and post it here.
Just a tip for you. You probably aren't going to reach your audience that you are selling such a great domain because people rarely visit marketplace board. It might be a better idea to move this thread in Digital goods child board because that board is more active. Also, it will be good for you if you directly contact casino owners on this forum. Keep in mind that someone casinos post here only via representators but at the same time, their owners are also available on this forum via different account.

As far as I can see, this is a newly created site. So without any history, active daily traffic, no position on search engines. There are also not many articles here, but only 4 blog posts and one promotional one. There is still a lot of work to be done here, adding content and articles, optimization, promotion... All this is in the gambling industry, which is the most competitive next to the porn industry.

So, apart from the domain and the installed WP with added 4-5 articles, I don't see anything here that could significantly increase the value of this site. I'm not sure how much the sale of this website will help in any real estate investment. But who knows...

This is more likely a domain sale, the website looks, everything inside is is just a plus. Because this is a damn premium domain that will cost thousands of dollars to get.

I suggest OP to share this domain sale on any marketplace, forum marketplace, reddit, in any possible way. I don't really know how you get domain but it sure pricey.
