The chances of being scammed drastically reduce if you buy from reputable sellers/users that may be willing to sell you bitcoin. As always, do not reply to shady PM's and, when in doubt, always use a trusted escrow.

Now, regarding your intention to buy non-kyc bitcoin, have you tried/heard of Peach Bitcoin[1]? I often recommend it to new users that are looking to buy bitcoin mainly because it is so easy to use and to quickly setup your accounts.

You just have to install their application on your mobile device and then you will be be able to see offers to sell bitcoin at different amounts. There are reputable members in the forum that you can buy Bitcoin from but they are mostly in their respective local boards. I don't know if the Spanish local board have one and even if they do, it is up to you to use that route, maybe through escrow. However, many exchanges have already been suggested by @JeromeTash which you can use to buy Bitcoin without KYC but the only challenge will be if you can use them perfectly as some of them are not straightforward. Maybe you can search youtube on how to use some of those mentioned exchanges, I am confident you will find something that will help.

It is possible to get scammed even in Spain as well, because without following proper rules you will end up in scammers' hands for example, if you want to buy BTC directly from here, you have to search for a reputed guy, who must have to build some trust in this community and also an old member of this forum as well. Once you see the record of the member is clean you can make p2p with them if they are offering any such services. I know to make this happen you even want to do it via a reputed person.

Who offers escrow services, for example, if you don't want to make a deal directly with a reputed member you can use their escrow service to create a p2p deal with new and non-trusted members. Here is the list of all reputed members offering their escrow services.

I can recommend fully decentralized p2p exchanges like bisq but you can also find trustworthy sellers and escrowers on bitcointalk (not recommended). It might be worth your time learning how to use and transact Bitcoin before you buy. There is a testnet available.
