This isn't rhe right way of recruiting people for promoting a project.

You can either opt for bounties which includes signature, social media, content creation and anything else and you can pay the participants in the native tokens.

Or you can pay in Bitcoin or top altcoins like ETH, LTC or USDT and hire quality forum users.

if you don't want to provide bounty campaigns, you could just hire someone but maybe you need to put more details about what you can offer to someone who will take the job. your clue is that, if you are paying the BDT tokens, you may not be able to find one willing to promote the project.

Best way to promote your project is by organising a bounty campaign. You ca hire bounty hunters depending on how you want to market you project and then pay them in your tokens as a reward. There are few bounty managers within the forum whom you can hire to hlp you with the bounty campaign. Creating a topic on the altcoin board and asking for help with promotion will lead to nowhere.

They are using this thread to promote the project by announcing it and at the same time recruit someone to be part of this project through promotion.

Most this project offers token payment for the promotion done which makes it perfect on this board rather than on service board. Altcoin market promotion is already on the lowest point here in the forum since only small altcoin project use the bounty section to market their project while most of the legit project with huge fundings choose launchpad as way to secure liquidity with less marketing effort.

I will not be surprised if this project are same to those mediocre projects that doesn’t even want to spend money from their pocket for promotion and just offer worthless token as payment for work done.
