Exactly as I thought, mostly when I see such ads I just skip them but to the younger ones that are beginning to know about what life is and really want to explore more,they wouldn't mind entering the the sites and that's it once they like what they see they are now into it and  we all know what that means..

The parents didn't learn parenting skills, so they don't know whether they should allow their kids to use cellphone or not. Even they know it's not good to let their kids to use cellphone, they can't really control their kids due to lack of time. Lack of time caused by they need to work in order to earn money.

Honestly, I am actually guilty when it comes to letting my kids use their cellphones for a long time. Just recently, my kids are going to have their exams and that's when I disciplined him to never use a cellphone for a week. I am just glad that my kid respects me and follows my orders. I told him properly that he could use it again once the exams were done and I would even buy him a new one if he passed the exam and had good grades. I think that also helped to boost his confidence and will to study harder.

Upon checking the phone he is using, it's mostly games that are online but I still check those games if there are gambling advertisements inside. We cannot be sure because some developers are injecting those ads into their games for profit. We should always be aware of what they will do especially if they have the freedom to use the internet.

I see you have said that its social media duty to create some platform restrictions. Actually there is today YouTube and YouTube kids where you dont get adult ads. But YouTube can not decide what your kid will look and what is acceptable or not. It will show popular average. It is indeed very difficult to supervise the bad things that children do. there is a tendency for children not to open up to their parents. but if you are a parent I think when you see something unusual about your child, you will notice it. and the role of parents is important to guide in this matter.

It's hard to stop people from accessing that anything they wanted to via internet, they simply can create a gmail account it won't even take a minute and all they need to do is enter wrong date of birth so creating strict policies doesn't do anything at all. It's true, an influencer or even the host certainly won't care about who is gambling, of course they will only think about profit, what they want is to attract more people to gamble because more and more people are gambling, of course. the more they will profit. even if the audience is gambling with their last money or they are gambling with money from a loan it will not affect the influencer or the host, whatever the situation of the audience they will not care, even if they experience ruin in their lives, the influencer and the host will not care.
In my opinion, influencers are certainly not wrong because they only carry out what their superiors tell them to do, even if what children see or do is none of their business. because the important thing is that they will get benefits from every player. Logically right, influencers are only after the money, they will create content that seems it easy to win against the house having a collab most of the time from the casino owners and make it looks real, those influencers easily earn the attentions of those viewers who at first follow them from a great content that they've made.

So if I may ask, who is to be blame then, is it parents (i.e for exposing these kids have access to Internet connection?), or the government (i.e for neglecting implimenting policies to regulate this?), or the Social media CEO's (i.e for allowing such contents on their platforms?) or the kids themselves for allowing influencers influence their decision and actions?. Who is to be blame then? Because for me, training up a child has never been an individual task, but a collective responsibility of both parents, the society and government for providing favorable environment for learning.

A lot of social media influencers especially vloggers and YouTubers are promoting gambling usually at the end of their vlogs or videos.
I could see a huge contribution and spread of information that they made especially during this time where the majority are using smartphones already. In fact, we've been seeing a massive increase in gamblers and online gambling sites. But how this could affect the mindset of the kids when they are also seeing these ads/promotions from the social media influencers they followed? I could be wrong but this has a mental effect on them and at a very young age, they are exposed to gambling already which is supposedly not the right time.

The point is, when everything is easily accessible then of course, anything will be easy to do including gambling and probably many other things that have basically affected children. It's unfortunate indeed, but whatever the government does, at least it won't be entirely successful because after all, if they have become addicted and continue to want to try it then of course they will also be able to make efforts to be able to do so. So yes, in this case it is indeed appropriate for influencers to be able to make good considerations, and not only about the benefits that will be obtained, but they also (the influencers) must be able to consider the impacts that will be caused as well. So yes, the point is to be able to control yourself and not be greedy to accept and or do it just because you get a big profit.
