[Solved - Paid ] Stake doesn't pay my winnings - $12000

Hi ,

I am still waiting from stake to pay my winnings of 59569 multiplier on Fire in the hole game of Nolimit City

What happened with Support: Paid me 36.44 because this is was what they saw in the screenshot

Welcome to the forum. Please have the OP more clearly reveal (with text) what happened without people needing to click on any outside links - those are fine for people who want to click. Are you saying their site crashed at the moment something was supposed to pay out big?

Thanks for mentioning it  .. I edited my post to explain what the first link is for .
Yes , probably it crashed to avoid paying the winnings .
After some days on 20 May they have changed also provider on nolimit city at least because any history on any currency has been disappeared and the loading intro on games changed

The truth is that I didn’t want to initiate such a process because i thought that Stake is legitimate and will pay but as I see it’s not as legitimate as it looks

They have replied back to you and said that there was an error, or corrupted game round when you have won that.



If they have told you that it's the genuine pay that you should get, that's probably the final verdict and you can't do anything with it anymore unless askgamblers help you to sort it out for this dispute. I also don't think that posting this on their official thread will help since you're sorted out with a ticket # and they've probably labelled it as "solved".

As you have been paid, I think it is better if you edit your main post as well as the title. You may add something like (PAID) or (SOLVED) then you can lock the thread. Anyway, I tried to watch the replay but get bored after few minutes and I believe it will take longer time to finish the replay so I skipped it . Congrats for your lucky win, the win can be life changing amount for some people. Spend it wisely bud, do not be tempted to play with bigger amount later .

Sometimes it is very important to stay calm and patient when the casino is not accepting your withdrawal request, or asking you for an extra verification, you need to wait a little bit, especially when it comes to a huge win and large amounts of money are involved.
In your case for example, I liked that you didn’t just start accusing the casino of scam and warning people for absolutely nothing, I hope all other members here in the section before opening massive numbers of accusations against casinos, first of all they can try to contact the support and wait for the response, ask for reasons and try to understand what’s wrong from your side first.

Anyways, congratulations for your massive win and you should enjoy the profits responsibly and gamble with moderation.

his case is not about this, if you read the thread he created on stake.com forum and read the screenshot the OP shared of the conversation he had with their support, you'll see that the support was saying that the $36 payment was the correct one. if he didn't fight more for his case and gave up he would most likely only get the $36 they initially paid him.

I didn’t say that he shouldn’t fight for his case more and do everything to reach Stake support, what I meant is there are some people who would start accusing the casino for scamming him and spam bad messages everywhere. In this case it was only a misunderstanding from the casino team and what the OP did is correct as I said in my post because he didn’t start accusing the casino for scam neither he started spamming all Stake threads like some people does here.

I like our community here, whenever we have similar cases, everyone step up for help and notify the team and representatives to get a quick answer and resolve the issue, and I’m talking about casinos that have thread and signature campaigns in this forum.

The most frustrating thing was that support team didn’t actually know how the total winnings appearing on feature  within the game (and they was 100% sure that they paid the correct amount ) while told them millions of times that the amount they credited is not correct !
Thanks to @TristanGG I have finally got paid ..
I was ready to ask also for psychological compensation (the whole situation was really crazy )

I have no doubt that it would be just like that, because what kind of professionals are they who pay out $36 in winnings instead of $12 000 and the user then has to fight in this way to get his winnings? In case the OP is not active on this or any other forum, he probably would never be able to convince customer support that they are wrong.
