We apologize that it took us very long to notice and address your issue and we are thanking you that you let us know about it through PM.
As we have your UID, kindly allow us to check and confirm with our departments in matters related to the issue you're facing, we will return to you with our findings.
Findings:
After we bring this matter up to our team, we found that the player had three accounts on our BC.game site, and none that we can find on bcgame.us as OP kindly explained on this thread.
In light of this, the player breached multiple numbers of terms, such as:
4.1.3. "If you are a resident of one of the following countries, or accessing the Website from one of the following countries: Austria France and it's territories Germany Netherlands and it's territories Spain Union of Comoros United Kingdom USA and it's territories All FATF Blacklisted countries, any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority."
5.4. "You are only allowed to register one Account with the Service. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple Accounts registered with us. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and/or third parties operating on your behalf."
With regret and due to above, we can not reinstate the account.
