Exchange Lending might be a way to reduce unnecessary Defi fee

I have never used a crypto loan on any website and as far as I know the collateral given must be coins/tokens that are stable so not all tokens or coins are accepted because to avoid lenders suffering losses due to the tokens no longer having value in the market, so they should be listed on the big exchange and listed in good rank in CMC.
Binance also has a crypto loan feature, but the crypto you borrow can only be used for trading on the exchange so you can't withdraw it, it's not a loan where you can take the money and use it for other things except as trading capital on Binance.
