I am looking to buy $50 worth of Eth to enable us effect a transaction in USDT as network fee.

Only respected members of the forum (SR Members and Legendary) we can also accept deal from Hero Members.

I will transfer the BTC first, and you will transfer the eth to me as soon as you received the BTC equivalent.

I was wondering if you could get the response based on your offer when looking at your account level, this would make members here sceptical about your deal as it is not clearly defined. You should request for a reputable member here as escrow for transparency or better still if you can use the exchange you see here  for your deal that would be nice.
