Portugal is not even in my top three teams. My top three picks are Spain, France and Croatia.  Germany may be a force to reckon with but they do not make my top picks. Portugal have Cristiano Ronaldo as their key player but I think age is no more on his side so he might not really be a factor in the tournament.  Italy can actually pull up some surprises because they are what I will call silent achievers. England can do well, their recent matches are with great success but base on what I'm seeing, the tournament might likely be between my top three picks.

Portugal is not even in my top three teams. My top three picks are Spain, France and Croatia.  Germany may be a force to reckon with but they do not make my top picks. Portugal have Cristiano Ronaldo as their key player but I think age is no more on his side so he might not really be a factor in the tournament. 

You are right, age is telling on Ronaldo and I don't think that he make do this at old age. There are big countries in football that should be able to win Euro 2024,and I have never thought of Portugal. Spain or France should be in the finals. However, we should not underestimate Brazil because they gat some good players too. Just my thoughts.

My top three picks are Spain, France and Croatia. 

Spain and England are my picks. Unfortunately my friend, I have to tell you that France won't make it to the finals. If you have been following them, you'll know that they are not in good form because Deschamps is awful at selecting players. They are not starting the competition with that much confidence, especially in their defense. Upamecano and Konate, are in very poor form, and they don't have any right-back. If you look at the team well, you see how dependent they are on Griezmann so much that they don't have any substitute that quite match his kind of creativity. This i think is also a problem.

If we look at the schedule from Group stages, Round of 16, and Quarterfinals, Portugal is likely to qualify for the quarterfinals and and they will meet Netherlands or Belgium.
I dont underestimating Portugal, but it looks like it will be hard for them to beat one of these teams above in the quarterfinals later.
My prediction is that Germany or England will win the Euro 2024.

Going by the odds, Portugal are not among the top 5 favorites to win the tournament. I am not ruling them out as yet cause my expected team to win may not be in the top 3-5 favorites either, but I do not expect Portugal to get into the semi finals.

Expected top favorites would be the Hosts, Germany, England and France with Spain and Netherlands making up the top 5. Belgium are my wild horses and I will be staking on Netherlands to get into the Semi finals.

You predict Portugal not "we". My prediction is far different from yours, the same with others.

I am not sure that we are going to pick correctly which country is likely to win the Euro 2024 tournament. I think we can only second-guess this, believing that our predictions work.

My picks for the country that will win Euro 2024 are England, Germany or Italy. I am picking the three countries because of how their performance has been so far in the past Euro tournament

They mentioned "we" at the end because they could be a group of people as they also run a gambling site.

Anyway, i'm also leaning on Germany or France to win it all even though England is the team with the best odds of taking home the trophy, I still have some doubts since they tend to disappoint in the crucial matches.

I still like Portugal's chances, but i'm not that confident in them to have a deep run despite their squad looking solid.

I don't know you would choose Portugal in the first place. Perhaps your love for a star there. Right now, my top picks are France and England. France has good players in the squad currently. They are fit to compete all solid countries including England, Spain and Croatia. There is a high tendency that they would win the Euro Competition. Although this is my prediction and football anything could happen. Portugal may win just like you have prediction. Who knows!

We can't tell for sure which country will win the Euro2024 but even if I am to predict I don't think Portugal will be among my top 5.

Though anything is possible in football but to some extent now and some years back France has always been on the move likewise England but I think England's problem is over squad, they don't even know who to use anymore and since everyone is/are star they play anyhow they like sometimes.

Well I would say France is my pick and I don't know about any other team most especially Portugal but who knows its football we can never be too certain and that's why the game is always filled with surprises.  The euros will be very interesting because they are so many promising teams that the squad is filled with promising players and they are also young and vibrant too like the likes of Italy, Spain and even the runners up England.

Surely Portugal has good chances to win but I'm pretty sure Spain have the most chances to win.
Them being places in the same group with Italy will help them get much further than the group's phase because if they advance they'll be matched from someone from another Group, and Italy is also very competitive. Same goes with Croatia.

Surely Spain will advance to the next stage unless they have some huge mishaps and they'll already be avoiding two of the most competitive countries in the Euro. So for them being placed in a hard group is a blessing because they get much better chances to advance further than the others and avoid hard competition till much later.
