I always tell people that screenshot your seed phrase isn't safe cause anything can still happen, it's always best to write to down somewhere or simply save it in your email for quick recovery
Screenshoting it can also expose you to getting hacked, especially if you are constantly giving out your phone to other people
Personally I don't like this seed phrase of a thing cause I feel it might cause some issues if I get it mixed up
I always prefer Gmail verifications if that option is available, I find it easy to access my wallets with this

As a serious person that value your Bitcoin wallet and seed phrase you need to properly secured your seed phrase, just as you protect your credentials, like your Certificates, NIN,BVN or even Account numbers,one should be serious and see the need of properly saving our seedphrase i don't think there is anybody in the country that will be asked to provide any of these information BVN, NIN e.t.c, that will not be able to that ,thee same way you save your phrase.

While we are discussing about privacy and safety wise with our wallets containing our bitcoins, I am personally discouraged on noting how you creates wallet address when you are not set to have your funds in it.
Believe me or not, we are more conscious with our wallets only when there is a value of funds in it because keep securing an empty wallet can be tiring at times so then, it is usually better to create your wallet at when you are ready to have it funded because the value of funds in it would make you extremely be careful with your seed phrase and maintain a good privacy just to keep your funds secured.
So if I were you, I will create a new wallet address and generates a new phrase to afresh a more security after then you created one when you where not set to find it.
Clearly, privacies to seed phrases with your wallets is an almost concerned which should not be taken for granted.

Seed phrase is something very important to have a proper record of it because when you don't store them safe you stand the chance to lose complete access to your account and to the funds inside the wallet. Let's say it escaped the beauty u made to it and the typist is so dumb not to use it, hanging it like a wall pic for every visitors to access your account is way more delusional  ....
There's no need for those deluded stuff or you need is a copy of you phrase written by you secretly when there's no one watching, now keeping it safe also depends on you but it shouldn't be associated with any form of Internet.. There're lot of ways to keep it safe  but you might want to carefully safe it where there won't be any form of water or fire getting near it and remember it must always remain  hidden always to only you .

Anybody that is into cryptocurrency, especially we that are on this forum must secure our seed phrase because it is our only access to import our original wallet into another device. Bitcoin is a decentralized currency and everybody accesses their coins through their wallets making them their own banks, the moment you lose your device where you have your wallet and also lose your seed phrase that means that your Bitcoin in that wallet is lost forever. That is the gravity of losing your private keys, it's your proof of ownership and when it's lost or stolen, the ownership is either transferred to a thief or is left in the blochchain as a donation to the Bitcoin community.

Some newbies in crypto actually learned the hard the way because they were careless with their seed phrase, a lot of them think it's not something they would need again so they just abandon it.. I've done this when I started my crypto journey And I lost some funds due to this careless act
The best thing to do is to write them in a special book, save them in an encrypted note application on your phone, you might ask why not simply screenshot and save on gallery?? I don't advice you to do that especially if you are type that gives out your phone to other people

I won't advise you leave your seed phrase in a phone whether encrypted or not it's risky to make such move as much as you wouldn't also make a screenshot of it too. Any person with an idea that you are into cryptocurrency could have access to your phone and brute-force  your so-called encryption having access to your seeds phrase. Or what if you lose your phone accidentally your phone and keys all gone.

If your seed phrase is stored in a phone, it should not be a phone that you take to the public, or allow other people to use. It has to be a really private device, very private that other people barely know about it.

Paper backup is better.

The paper backup is not that safe too, because if the paper is affected by water and a word or 2 is missing, you are likely to also lose it. I think the paper written pass phrase should also be laminated and kept in a file to avoid being affected by water or moisture. Just like most documents were destroyed during the flood. Or it is also important to also have another alternative backup like a hard-disk drive and also. Back up in Gmail. By translating it to another language. Incase gmail is hacked they would not know the meaning of those words. Or you can rearrange it in your Gmail maybe turning it upsidedown where no 10 becomes no 1 and no 9 becomes no 2 continuesly. I mostly write my private keys/seed phrase on a clean sheet of paper kept among my school documents, its safe there more than any other place I may think of, I've been a victim of key lost before in my phone notepad and I lost an asset worth something in my wallet, I learnt a lesson to always write it out in paper to avoid been reckless.
