I've done research about nitroflare and what I've found out is that they're mostly generating cracked software.
Fake updaters are typically used to inject unwanted applications (or, in some cases, high-risk malware) as well. As mentioned above, nitroflare[.]com is used to distribute a lot of software cracks, most of which are fake.
Cyber criminals claim that these tools will allow users access paid software features for free. However, these tools inject high-risk infections (data-stealing trojans, ransomware, or similar) into the system.
Is this the website that you're trying to withdraw from? well, I'd be careful if you've been promised to take money from them as the network isn't that congested at all compared to having $20-$100+ worth of fees.
