I think long-term holding is better than both. One can invest in Bitcoin long-term, and if that works out well enough, one can just gradually sell bits of BTC when needed, while the value of the rest will continue growing in the long run (if you believe that it will, as nobody can say for sure). Staking is alright, but it probably requires freezing your funds for a certain time period and/or storing them on a centralized platform. That's a limitation of financial freedom and a risk. Also, if a coin doesn't grow long-term, staking is pretty useless anyway.

lending is much more work than staking in my opinion

it will depend on the platform and their conditions or how they operate but you are still going to have to interact and learn more about who you are lending your crypto to and it’s a whole lot more contracts to deal with

it will be such a headache if borrowers don’t pay

I feel like lending to shorters or basically leverage/margin etc those type of crazy traders, doesn't really make sense to me because you make money from one side or the other whoever loses, but you are just risking based on volume and that means it may not be that much. Check anyone who has done this for a full year, and you will see that the return isn't as profitable as people think it is. I am not saying it is terrible, of course it can be good for some people but I find it very low.

Staking on the other hand depends on what you are staking, sometimes you stake a bit and sometimes you don't but in the end we are talking about something that will take a while and shouldn't really be all that much of a profit if you are careless.

I get to choose staking. Staking is a great way to earn passive income especially when you invest your profits back through staking instead of spending. In this case, there is a lower risk chance if you stake Bitcoin. The annual return is quite good but the problem why people do not like staking is because they are scared of staking in the wrong centralized exchange. One does not know what will happen within the year and once a coin is staked for the entire year it cannot be tampered or withdraw untill the period elapse.

Staking inderectly seems to be the same thing as Long term. It as yearly staking period Just that there is an option to stake for months, it could 3 months, 6 months or whatever.

Well I think it depends on the amount of your capital in which you want to take part in. If you are ready to really put yourself out there and know that you could risk a specific amount, then you should stake and make Your money work for you. Lend If you have Good place to lend to, especially if there are points to be earned and then maybe have an airdrop depending on the project.

I think it would be a great thing if you could do both.

Well, in any money-making opportunities, we must always be ready and face the risks that comes ahead. Now for both Staking and Lending, I'd say it depends on the platform or the person if we are lending them money, as some can only require a small capital but there are some who requires a bigger one.

A good place is also important for the both of them, so that we will have a less chance of being scammed or hacked. That's great if the place offers some extras or perks such as that '' Airdrop '' because we can maximize our income potential there. Doing both are I think too obvious that it could require a bigger capital than usual. The risks are higher as well but it can all be compensated once everything ends with a positive result.
