I looked up BTC price as I quite often do first thing in the morning and I was presented with these news stories.

Media BS two articles completely contradictory



Vs

Reality, the price neither went up nor down outside of the normal.

I guess you can say that both articles are right - Bitcoin price spiked up just before he's speech, then tumbled down a few percent, then spiked again, then dipped again... But you're right, it's just another day in crypto-land.

Not exactly same time frame cause I see 6 hr time difference from one another which is very big though.

Main stream media needs to attract viewers then only they can generate revenue that's why they use clickbait titles most of the time or just completely misleading title to the following content just make people to click them.

Ofcourse I hate them for not showing the reality and it's not just because they have contradictory views.

Trump is a good story to sell currently, but the media can still not have the headline to be something negative. The media has always been under control, and this is just another example of it. It is very obvious that the people behind the control of the media may actually not like him at all, and do not want him to continue.

Op even the one chart you displayed is confusing me because after Donald Trump speech on bitcoin I have not seen bitcoin down to $52k. Though social media is a place where everyone writes any story to get traffic to their page and those fake news come from all those accounts that are monetized so they can make more money when people like and comments. And the one someone told me told was that bitcoin price increased after the speech of Donald Trump and he spoke about bitcoin adoption in US if elected.

Normally Trump is a good candidate for the job and for the bitcoin community. One thing I believed in US candidates on election is that they fulfill their blueprint/manifestos after the election if elected to power.

Trumps has a great influence on bitcoin liquidation as the media may speculate it and also, haven been active in the coin market cap, you'll also notice that since the conference which Trump made the address, the price of bitcoin has been stably encouraging for holders. Although based on market sentiments, the $67,000 - $68,000 at a current price might not interest some holders yet probably because they expects a hike to surpass the $73,000 ATH before being appreciated.

Nice catch, it's a little bit ridiculous for those medias indeed. BTC didn't move significantly today actually (only -1% currently). But medias, mainstream and specialized, don't care about reality sometimes, they just do clickbaiting with appealing titles in order to get more views, more readers and above all, more money thanks to advertisements watched by readers. I guess most announcements from Donald were already expected and known by the market. So nothing really new today. But the likeliness of Trump election could change the prize in the coming months though.

That price is shown in GBP not USD!

Yeah, the clickbaiting is really annoying. It was the contradictory news articles side by side that made me laugh, I just knew it was BS. 

No significant movement in BTC price outside a normal day anyway.
