I don’t know how genuine your method is but I’ll urge anyone who wants to deal with this user to be of extreme caution because it’s never a good sign when a random account comes to a platform to claim that they have a good strategy of achieving something and then hold it back from the public and expect people to pm them most especially when it involves money.

Just don’t give out your password or any sensitive information out if you don’t want to be scam alongside your locked funds.

If you were already able to withdraw your money, it's not a scam. Asking for advanced KYC information is not a scam attempt either. I am not sure if your claim is true or not. If they have a tip system, probably you have sent it to another user account and created the withdrawal. I don't even know if it's true. DireWolf already posted an interesting thing that I should consider as well.

Who gives the guarantee that you are not going to ask for money to provide the trick? I am also curious that when you already withdrawn 45K USD, why do not need a loan of 760 USD? Did you lost all your winnings on another casino?

After someone PM him, he will tell the person that it is possible but he needs the person to pay him first. If the person pays him any money, he will not provide anything useful for the person but scam the person.

First, a winning being confiscated and account being investigated following a big win is a common practice shared by many casinos. It's their provider asking such action to be taken, since they're the one who will do the investigation. Rest assured that if your win is fair and achieved through legitimate way, the winnings will be released and the account will be restored without any further issue.

Second, compelled to contact the OP and follow his ways to "bypass" the investigation will only make things worse if your win is fair and square. As said above, casino will release your winning if there's nothing wrong with it. So it's just a matter of time. Attempting to do what OP suggested, no matter what his method is/are [suppose he didn't scam you], will only subject you to a very possible multiple breach of the casino's ToS, of which will only make your funds legitimately confiscated or you have more issues to sort out.
