We have discussed this many times this cycle and as usual I see people are very optimistic and confident that bitcoin will hit $1 million in the future. I also hope bitcoin can reach 1 million, but hey, we need to be realistic that 10x increase from now is much harder than years ago, because bitcoin's capitalization is quite large. Also, when that happens will depend on the demand for bitcoin, the impact of factors like economics, geopolitics...Bitcoin won't reach $1 million just because of our expectations. Just because we want it and believe it doesn't mean it will happen.
In my opinion, it is still too early to talk about bitcoin price reaching 1 million dollars.
Why?
BTC has jump over ten x in any 10 year time slot.
With current inflation against the dollar in ten years time 2x to 3x is wired in.
So btc would be 200k to 300k in ten years if it matches inflation.
So this means BTC would certainly be 300k in ten years.
That is a given just due to inflation.
The real question is how much better that the inflation rate.
go back and look at gold 10 years ago. it was 1200 it is now 3200.
I believe that 3x is a lock a given but that means 300 to 315k in ten years. at worst for btc.
the question for all to ask is 300k or 999k in 2035 it is not too early.
Here is why if we really reach 999k in 2035.
do not sell dca and hodl is absolutely needed to do right now.
but if we hit 300k in 2025 selling a bit here and there now is not the end.
