Not sure if I  understood you correctly: you submitted application for your coin/token to be listed on Exolix and nothing happened, they didn't list it? Or you deposited the money and not can't withdraw? Either way, head over to Scam Accusation board and create a topic about it using the template that you can find there and providing as much info as possible (screenshots of your conversations, txid etc).

Avoid using Exolix; they sent me stolen coins that are now linked to a phishing scam. Exolix has admitted their mistake, leading to me a loss of $11,000. The stolen coins have been frozen on another platform, and now Exolix claims that if I return the stolen coins, they'll provide a replacement. However, there's no way to recover the scam-related coins. Its marked on etherscan Phishing_scam This situation is entirely their fault, and I lost my money because of their actions.

I understand, so everything is normal? Is it common to encounter stolen coins?

I’m fairly certain that not many people here are aware of what stolen coins are and how dangerous they can be. Even though I use a non-custodial wallet, there could come a day when I need to make a transfer, and those coins could be lost forever. How can that be resolved? Once the coins are frozen, will I need to undergo KYC to seek a refund? These coins were stolen through a phishing campaign, and there is an original owner who was scammed. Exolix took my money and gave me stolen coins.

I’ve been reaching out to them every day for the past few days, asking for any updates. All they say is that they’re “working on it.” I’m at a loss for what to say or do next. That’s the entire situation right now. I can’t find a lawyer it would take a long time and I don’t have much money to spend; I’m already down about 11k. Some people suggested sending in batches, but how can I know they would send me stolen funds? If I knew, I obviously wouldn’t do it, and I never imagined this could happen. This is really something unimaginable, and it’s all their fault.

I think they'll stick to the first position they told you. They are sorry, their mistake, but they can't help.

Have you ever tried to communicate with BTSE (if I understand correctly, they are the ones who freeze your coins)?
They are equally responsible (probably more) for blocking your funds. In normal business, it should be enough for them to provide evidence that you got coins from the exchange, not from an illegal source.
