If you are referring to those bonuses where you get like 100%-200% bonus from your deposit, yes you can withdraw it as long as you complete the wagering requirement. Those users who are complaining seems to be some people who are failed to complete the wagering requirement. Normally this has always been their strategy just to get more customers. Because is pretty obvious that is only the new casinos that normally influence their customers with lot of bonuses due to the fact that they are not well recognize in the industry. Though, after they have gotten a enough customers as they want, that is when they would start putting a lot of terms and conditions in their bonuses. Whereas when they were still looking for customers such rules was not included, that is why is not always advisable to chase after such casinos because their bonus disadvantages normally comes at last.

Sometimes I am also lazy to read ToS with a lot of explanations, If only playing for entertainment may not be a problem,

I would not waste time on such a casino and concentrate my efforts on the old and proven casinos with a good reputation and favorable conditions for me. You are right, and along with that, a lot of people create multiple accounts to obtain the bonus from gambling sites, and even many people create self-referral accounts. And that's why a lot of accounts that win money can't withdraw the funds, and also, the person may lose the deposit amount. As a longtime gambler, even before, I didn't care much about welcome bonuses, because just like you said, they have terms and conditions that must be met. That's why I don't think about it and go straight to playing. I'd rather set my focus on the game rather than thinking about fulfilling the terms needed to get the bonus. I sort of agree with the thinking that it could be a trap and shouldn't be a reason to try a new casino.  Especially if the reputation isn't there.  I won't say that this is always a trap, certainly that isn't the case.  However, if I were going to run a trap and try to trick users into depositing into a scam casino, I couldn't think of another way to do it other than offering some too good to be true rewards for making deposits and hoping that there are enough drunk or stoned people out there who fall for it...  Stay safe.  Gamble with reputable casinos.
