Hello Bitcointalk;

Since last week there have been some issues about the sportsbook on Rollbit. I thrice couldn’t cashout because of issues with the sportsbook and had the answer they don’t compansate losses, and I said okay. But what happened today is behind any meaning and an elaborate scam by using the term ‘they are having problems’. These problems also cost me 3000$+ this week alone. This time is different, my bet is not cashed out or anything as you can see I contacted the support. What took so long is the scam going on, after 20 minutes what I saw is 69 usd on my balance instead of 990, which is a big insult to a player like this. And I know they will continue on this by saying bla bla. I am thinking of pressing charges, what stops me is the amount is low. That’s why I came here to show everybody what rollbit is. I expect a representative to come and solve this issue. Robot replies from the support is not enough for me anymore since I am hundreds of thousands down on this site; I don’t deserve this.

It could be a glitch or something. They mentioned that they escalated it to another team for a review, so there could be an issue going on and also the process could take some time. I know it is frustrating but I suggest lengthening your patience a bit.

There were small delays with settlement of bets yesterday which have since been resolved by the provider (you were informed of the small delays in the ticket as shown in your screenshot).

In regards to the bet displaying as cashed-out, this would mean you clicked cash-out during the game.
At the time it may have displayed as not cashed out due to the small delays, however it would have cashed out at the time you requested it, and just took a while to acknowledge you requested the cash-out.

I am an daily sports bettor and I need to revise this; ROLLBIT does NOT care or compansate failed cash outs regarding to TOS. This is a free-rolling attempt; I asked the support what if the bet was lost, they would or would not pay me; I didn’t get an answer. I feel like you are from them, AND I didn’t cash out; when I tried at the button it said cashout unavailable, which means I couldn’t cash out which you can see at the end of the match. In 100 times before unavailable cashout and the match finishing the other way resulted in me getting 0 money. Which shows that rollbit is freerolling on this.

I am not suprised that they have managed to make a culprit like this; they know it’s a low amount so I wont submit to law; this is basically theft and stealing. I have the evidence as well. Bloodsuckers.

The problem has been resolved as a refund and a +10$ on top, I want to thank you holydarkness for trying and the rollbit team; this was an error on the oddsprovider I suppose. I have changed the title as resolved.


Edit: Also thanks to the rollbit team for being transparent and straightward about the case.

Really great this got resolved. Recently it took quite a while sometimes to find a solution for problems but this one went really quick, glad to see the support and odds provider took a deeper look into it and did the right thing.

It's always very annoying when technical issues arise. I have to be honest though, this case and the story surrounding it looked a bit off since I have never heard about a cash out being done without the player requesting it. But good to know these errors can be found out so the player still has the chance to get this fixed.

As Holy has stated, you should not only mark it as resolved but also close the topic.
