I try to log into my Freebitco.in Account but I get the message that the credentials are incorrect. The link in the reset email does not work (expired). I found the following quote:

I noticed that people in their ANN thread (which you already quoted) are reporting the same issues you are having, so maybe it would be best if you ask for help there.

Unfortunately this problem happened to many customers and they solve it after few days or weeks, can't really say too much since the representative aren't that active and they already received negative feedback.

They always have a recurring issue about error on their email which user doesn’t received an email when they want to reset password or they can’t login their account even though their login credentials is correct.

As usser above already mentioned, Freebitco.in already have a bad customer since multiple issue arise against them. I suggest to keep trying to reach the support because their representative is not active here anymore.

There is nothing anyone in the forum can do to solve the problem, we don't run the platform, only Freebitco can solve the issues people are having on their platform, and it has been a recurring one for sometime now. They used to have representatives on the forum and the platform was a reputable one, but their reps are no longer active and it is like they are slowly abandoning the platform. With the issues over the past months, it may be better to boycott the platform.

I'm afraid the Freebitco.in ship has already sunk. Complaints are piling up no end. They aren't catching up with those. Freebitco.in team members and staff ceased to be responsive. They might not be able to recover from this anymore. If they will, certainly not unscathed.

If you're still hopeful, you may try to re-login every once in a while. If you can, withdraw whatever is left in your account wallet. In the meantime, post your concern in their official thread. Reach out to them in all their other official channels. But don't expect too much. It's likely everybody's gone already.

So wait a minute, the support rep is saying that they manually have to reset the logins of all users? That really should've been handled automatically, because there's a million users on the site, so making each one go through this procedure is going to be hell for support (and them).

There is nothing we can do about this situation, this is a Freebitco.in problem so only they are able to resolve this.

After the first saga, many people decided to give them a second chance being hopeful that everything will be alright. Having more issues is definitely casting some appreciable level of doubt in the project. Due to the long aged reputation they have got in the industry, that is why people are still sticking around, if it were to be a random new project, a fall would have been their fate.

I don't think so, as far as we know the platform is run by wetsuit and Thequin and even a change of management will not make things to descend as bad as things. The casino was around for a very long time and they have surely made a lot of money, maybe they just got bored about running the whole thing, it's funny to think about it that way, but it is possible. Like i said earlier, people ought to stop using that platform by now.

The customer support account has not been active in almost a month, although I see they logged in several days ago. Even when they are online, they are not always helpful. According to somebody in a different thread, switching to a different browser might be able to resolve the login issue.

I tried logging in to freebitco.in, using MS Edge instead of my usual Brave browser, and that worked. I am still not able to log in via Brave, so if you have issues logging in you can try a different browser also.

If this solution works, I recommend withdrawing your funds because there are many other problems on the website right now.

As far as I have noticed, the problem recurs after a certain period. Suddenly we receive a large number of complaints about the problem, mostly related to the delay or non-receipt of service emails. most often these are withdrawn, login confirmations or something else. At some point, frebitco.in solves most of these things, but later it turns out to be only temporary.
Certainly, this service is no longer reliable, especially not for some larger amounts.

But since they haven't, it is safe to say that they may be bored about it all, and they may be spending their time on another project right now.

People are still being drawn to their constant free offers. This platform has proven to be a complete failure, and there is no benefit in using it as they have yet to solve the issues with their platform. It's clear that those who continue to use it, despite its bad reputation and irresponsible team, are willingly risking their money and clearly lack the necessary research and experience.

The situation is alarming, and I've come across many unresolved complaints about Freebitco in the scam accusation section. I advise anyone to withdraw his funds and avoid this failing platform, as I believe they are not trustworthy enough to hold their clients' Bitcoin.
