How did you end up becoming a fan of your best team and best sport activity.

I believe that so many of us in this forum love football and we also have our favorite team/club that we so much fan and could do anything to support them, we also have our favorite sports activities. My questions are, how did you end up a fan of your club, what's your best sports activity, how and why did it become your best sports game.

I personally don't have a club ... Not like I haven't been seeing great performances from each of these premier League teams etc... it's not just my thing to be so dedicated to a club, some set of players and the  overall activity that goes by... Do you know how brutal that can be sometimes?
I figured out how much time and energy I need to ARGUE how good my team's performance is, or how BAD another was..

I can recall several scenarios of fatal accidents by the so-called fan base of a club, all in a bid to celebrate their wins. In 2009, 4 people were crushed by a reckless driver that later blamed the incident on narcotics.
On the other hand, anyone can misbehave and hide or blame his behaviors to some strange things - drugs, alcohol.. whatsoever - in pretext to avoid jail time.The best I can do is watch an interesting match, although city's current build have been a bit captivating btw!

in the past I was a young football player (under18 and juniores) in a minor league here in Italy.
That's why I start to place gambling on this sport and of course I was (and I am) able to understand some aspects of a game.
Lately I start to bet only (around 90-95%) only in Tennis and only in some competitions /players. Probably I start to bet this sport just because has less variables and factors versus a football game.
Moreover has been easier to follow many players and tournaments versus football competitions.

When I was younger, when I left school with my friends, we would go to a football pitch to play football. So we had to choose teams from the Premier League, Serie A and La Liga and that's why I started to like buying video games that were about football and I would choose Liverpool, Real Madrid, Juventus against other teams. That's how I became a fan of these teams. After a few years I started following the Portuguese League and the Bundesliga, in the Portuguese League I started to like Benfica and in the Bundesliga I started to like Bayern.

The game of football is a nice sports, personally i was talented enough into football, growing and realizing that when it comes to God's giving talent which everyone has mine was just about playing football. The ability i have to play intrigued me into watching and falling in love with a club, at first it started from my family club Arsenal, but as time goes by i began seeing Chelsea as my favorite (no hate for Arsenal aswell, still enjoy watching them play), i watched some Chelsea favorite players played and sincerely that was exactly my style of football and i became stanning them. Barcelona also have a special place in me, that comes in when we begin to rate the real GOAT.

It is more like exposure for me. My friends are always talking about it, and then when I started watching it, it just became a hobby. Then, I liked the team's strategies and found my favorite by going through them. I think this is more of an influence on who I am with, but it can be a choice if you choose to.

If I don’t know the part that much, I would just resort to the famous one and then start from there.

Football is my country's national sports. Everyone loves football. Everyone plays football. It is just natural for us to fall in love with football. With regards to club fanning, it was mostly influenced by people who were older than me when I didn't have a right to choose which team I watched. When I grew up and had more freedom to watch teams I liked, it was from listening to their analysis of the players in the teams they watched that I used in now judging the ones I now had the freedom of watching.

What made me love sports was that right from the beginning my family was a lover of sports and by then I was still small, so before I grew up I had already falling in love with sports games and at first they had one particular player as their favourite even when the club was not doing well, so as time goes by I began to see some of other clubs who even have a good performance than the other club I was made to believe have the best performance, so I selected a club because of a player I admire his performance, though I had other club in mind but because of the player plus the club is very strong I had to stick with them.

I go first, Football is my best sports game and I became a fan to my club because of their winning streak as of then.

It's crazy how my first love for the football team I fan now was not because I watched them play real football, but because of how I watched them perform on a video game. I was watching my Snr's play back then when I was tender.
 
I just developed love for them back then, thinking that's how easy and skilled it is when they play in real games. Even when I started watching real football, I still carried that mentality of fanning them from day one, but right now I don't think I have any particular team; I will say they are a might favourite.

So as I grew up, my love for football increase, been a game I always witness been played and played while growing up in my neighbourhood as a means of fun which units people of common interests. Whereas, secondly I'm a die hard fan of Manchester City, and I have been a fan of Manchester City for quite a long period of time, reason been due to their excellent performance in previous years and current records in both the English Premier League and Championships.

My love for this sport also comes from my childhood, when I could play football with my friends for hours in that carefree time. I now remember it as a happy childhood, it was really very interesting and I am grateful to fate that everything happened that way. I still remember all my friends who played football then, but life has scattered everyone all over the world and now I only see 2-3 people and very rarely.

But what is most interesting is that I loved to play more than to watch the stars and I almost did not know them, this happened only in my teens when I started watching the World and European Football Championships, I had no time to watch club championships)

First is football and of course almost everyone is the same, it started from my hobby of playing football every afternoon with my little friends then getting to know more team until I got to know European football and started watching every match.
On the other hand, MMA and boxing are also the next part of the sport that I like but it started from the WWE SmackDown event that was broadcast on TV, all of this was the beginning of me liking several sports events until now.

Football was my best sports game when I was a kid. I watch football with my dad and my uncles. But then when I lived with my grandpa, he often asks me to watch badminton championship match which I don't know anything. I just watch with him without asking related to that. But when I am up to 25, I am not too often watch any sports and only watch if my family or friends asking me to match with them.

Well, that will be the best moment even though I am not too familiar with each team or players. But I don't have a favorite team as I watch a sports to fills my spare time or if I just want to.

For me I had older members of the family that kept talking of a player( Edwin Van Der sar)  and how good he was when he played for Ajax in his early days so when he moved to Utd that's the name that always rang in my head and ever since I was left with no option but support team United.

As of best Sport, let's just say more of Football but I have general interest in other sports like Athletics (100m, 200m, 400m & Relay), Basketball,  Motorsport etcetera.

So here’s it, as a kid then. My landlord son has a view centre. Wasn’t a standard view centre, so we have to carry the tv, decoder and other equipment to the place whenever there’s a football matches. After the match we carry everything back to the house. As a kid who always wanted to know what influences people’s choices and desires in life. I ended up falling in love with football and the fun it comes with. Not just that I enjoy playing football then when I was in school too. Was my favorite sport. That was when I feel in love with the Manchester United team. This was during the time of Alex Ferguson who was their current manager. So till date I’m still a die hard Manchester United supporter even with their current poor performance, still can’t leave them.

It's obvious that several people become fans due to the team's performance, but the real question is, do you still support your team even in their worst seasons? Well, I've been a fan of Manchester United for a decade and four years now, and irrespective of their flaws in the past few seasons, I don't have any thoughts of leaving the team. honestly speaking those who are fans of the club in the relegation zone or even in lower divisions are to be considered passionate fans because, irrespective of the club's position in their league table they still choose to support them, knowing fully well that any law is not binding them to support the club. i have a friend who supports any team that won the league title, currently, he is a Manchester city fan
