Ok people inthe forum. Where did this crypto go?
Transaction ID:
25c5b50bd34ddbf7f00b79fefb656e2a3858c27ad5a6eb0d12bc0ba28405be70

Destination wallet is:  3ARiss6SfHirFX3oERrDUQZUzAagEiDhSg
I sent from Electrum Wallet and here is where this went
snapshot here - https://shorturl.at/hZi1k

2.  Trace from Blockstream.info
snapshot here -  https://shorturl.at/SOb5B

3. Trace from Mempool.space
snapshot here - https://shorturl.at/CyH5f

4. Trace from BlockExplorer.one
snapshot here - https://shorturl.at/GoS8s

5. Trace from Blockchain.com
snapshot here - https://[Suspicious link removed]/3j4aw3ed

6.  Crystal lite BTC forensics
snapshot here - https://shorturl.at/QvzqJ

The receiver of this transaction is using binance wallet, and says it’s missing , yet he doesnt try to restore his seed to another wallet like electrum or exodus or both.. And he thinks this is justification enough to say that the crypto was not delivered.. 5 major block explorers, Crystal Intelligence BTC tracing software,  and my electrum wallet say other wise.

What should this BTC receiver do at this point to see this transaction?

Ok people inthe forum. Where did this crypto go?
Transaction ID:
25c5b50bd34ddbf7f00b79fefb656e2a3858c27ad5a6eb0d12bc0ba28405be70

Destination wallet is:  3ARiss6SfHirFX3oERrDUQZUzAagEiDhSg

The receiver of this transaction is using binance wallet, and says it’s missing , yet he doesnt try to restore his seed to another wallet like electrum or exodus or both
The transaction was made 8 hours ago, and it has 54 confirmations now.
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/25c5b50bd34ddbf7f00b79fefb656e2a3858c27ad5a6eb0d12bc0ba28405be70

The receiving address has $1,487 includes you $24 transaction.
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/3ARiss6SfHirFX3oERrDUQZUzAagEiDhSg

So the receiver tried to scam you. He has about $1,400 in that wallet, before your transaction, and if he did not have access to it, how did he require you to send your $24 to that wallet?

It's impossible.

In addition, Binance does not give you private key or mnemonic seed and you can not import it to Electrum wallet. This is correct information because Binance is a centralized exchange and use it means he is using a custodial wallet.

Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts

What should this BTC receiver do at this point to see this transaction?
He should learn how to use non-custodial bitcoin wallet first.
You are claiming he is using binance wallet, so he should than contact binance exchange support if amount is not shown correctly in his account.
And you can't restore seed phrase in binance exchange because they own the keys, not their customers.

Also CEX deposits usually get consolidated within a few hours, leaving the initial deposit address empty. This one hasn't had outgoing transactions so far.

OP, you either got scammed or some clipboard malware changed the BTC address. Did you double check the destination address on a separate communications channel?

A few possibilities:
1) He is trying to scam you by laying possum
2) Low chances, is the address you have sent to money to the same address he has provided you when asking for a payment? It could be one rare instance of clipboard malware, so double-check that, but I doubt it!
3) He's a moron and has given you the wrong address, one of his other customers or such, again, low odds at happening but still possible

If you didn't manage to convince him with all those explorers, then:

What should this BTC receiver do at this point to see this transaction?

Get a pair of glasses or contact Binance support!

That would be weird to try to scam someone like that for only $25 while unlike bank transferts Bitcoin transactions can be easily checked by anyone on the blockchain. I guess there is something wrong with Binance which hasn't yet updated his balance or something wrong with the recipient address. Maybe he gave a wrong one or as HeRetiK supposes a malware has tampered the display of the address. And the address belongs to a hacker in reality. How did he give you the recipient address? You still have a copy of it?

OP, the transactions was successful and it went to his wallet, but it's also a fact that he scammed you and you can't do anything. It's not someone else wallet I believe, it belongs to him and to be honest he's most probably scammed you and took the money himself. The transaction was successful and it's deposited and is confirmed and whatever he's saying is wrong.

Transaction ID:
25c5b50bd34ddbf7f00b79fefb656e2a3858c27ad5a6eb0d12bc0ba28405be70

If the transaction is visible on multiple blockchain explorers and has confirmations, then the money has gone to the destination address, and there is nothing more you can do about it.

What should this BTC receiver do at this point to see this transaction?

It shouldnt be your concern what the recipient should do to see your transaction in his wallet. As far as you are concerned, he may be lying about it because there is no valid evidence to support his claims. If he does not accept a publicly available blockchain transaction as proof of payment, then he is trying to scam you.

What should this BTC receiver do at this point to see this transaction?
That is if they haven't seen it already, if we give them the benefit of the doubt, then the recipient should reach out to binance and complain that an incoming tx was not deposited into their account.

I don't know the business you are into with the recipient and you may not want to share for obvious reasons, but if our suspicion is right that the recipient is a scammer, then be careful because they will try to persuade you into depositing funds to them again, do not fall for it.

OP might be missing something on his narrations because mostly what we know is the binance exchange but currently there is also a binance wallet with its own seed phrase, but I strongly doubt that is the wallet to which the bitcoin was send to.

So OP just like what the others have said to you the only evidence is to check the network explorer and that was done to see if the funds were sent to the right direction and when everything is confirmed there then you don’t need to bother about his own personal wallet or anything like that

Should contact Binance support if the transaction isn't showing. Since Binance uses custodial wallets, he can't import it to Electrum. Make sure he sent it to the right address and check for clipboard malware.

Lol, scammers don't mind the amount involved because some of them are really broke niggas. Imagine scamming people up to twenty people $25 each and sum up the figures, it'll accumulate a reasonable amount. Someone scammed me amount that is equivalent to $2.5 in my local currency and blocked me  Grin

By the way, transaction can be checked by anyone on the blockchain but it doesn't make any difference since it can not be reversed. Moreover, Binance normally notify their users on the incoming transaction even before confirmation. Nothing seems to be clear here, I only perceive scam and Op should move on if the recipient insist not receiving funds.

Tell him to make a short video when login into his account and then under the assets section, let him click on deposit history so that you are able to see whether the transaction was processes or not.

Also, if he gave you the old Binance address that is being retired in favor of New bitcoin address that are supposed to be generated, it means they are not going to credit the account automatically, he will have to do it manually.

That would be weird to try to scam someone like that for only $25 while unlike bank transferts Bitcoin transactions can be easily checked by anyone on the blockchain.

With bank transfers you have the name and the bank account of that guy, with Bitcoin you have just an address, with a bank you can still reverse the transaction or open a claim on it and even file a police complaint because the guy receiving the money is a known person, not anonymous like this guy over the internet. So good luck trying to prove to some officer that you had a deal with a stranger, that this is indeed his address, that he received his funds, that's you who has paid this and the funds are legit while with a bank you just fill a standard complaint checkable in minutes!

But OP hasn't logged back on since he posted this question so he either got that resolved or realized there is nothing else to do than argue with that person, just like it was obvious from the start!
