- Considering that your "TOS" page states there'll be no refunds, I think you should at least add a one-month plan as well.
- What will happen to the 1GB of added storage when someone else's plan expires while using more than the default 100MB storage? Will they temporarily or permanently lose access to those 900MB of data?

Usually many services not want to accept email address with weird domain, I want to suggest whether it's possible for you to give more choice for the customers to use other domain name and even better if you have alias version.

Let's say my email is apocollapse@privacy.email and the alias version is fiahfksdfof@privacy.email, to stay more private.

Have you tried using a VPN to access the website?since it's taking a while to load from your end. On my end, I didn't use a VPN and was able to create an account easily. Perhaps the bug has been resolved,I think it's worth trying again

It would be insane for an email service to ask for a KYC. Mailboxes don't ask for this type of information, and it's only the email marketing programs such as SendGrid that want to know your address because of the CANSPAM act.

It would be insane for an email service to ask for a KYC. Mailboxes don't ask for this type of information, and it's only the email marketing programs such as SendGrid that want to know your address because of the CANSPAM act.

By KYC, i meant that unlike other email providers here one can make an account with no email or phone verification. This means that one can make unlimited accounts and abuse the service ? Isn't ?

I know some temporary email providers who will give you temporary emails but this privacy.email is a proper email service and you can use it for long term, making many accounts and don't even upgrade

Nice initiative, but even ProtonMail keeps logs of user logins such as IP, although the content is end to end encrypted. So my question is, do you guys keep any logs such as IPs or personal data?

Okay, I guess it’s good that you don’t log any IP addresses or personal data. But how do you handle abuse reports if the email content is end to end encrypted? You can’t actually see what a user sends to someone, right?
