Thank you! I’m really glad to hear the video filled a gap. You’re absolutely right—there’s still a lot of confusion out there about how physical bitcoins work, especially when it comes to secure cold storage and verifying funds on-chain. Education is key, and part of our mission is to help bridge that gap between the physical and digital sides of crypto.

I just finished watching the whiteboard animation and it was good, but there's some room for improvement... I think it'd be better if the things you've listed under the "What You’ll Learn in Under 4 Minutes" section were filmed in real life ^{[I'm pretty sure it'd attract more users and perhaps you can go a step further and also show how these coins are actually made (e.g., CNC & laser engravings, molds, etc...)]}.

You’re absolutely right — showcasing real-life demonstrations of the coins being used and made (like CNC engraving, laser etching, and actual funding/redeeming) would add a lot of value and help bring the product to life.

This initial animated video was designed to provide a quick, engaging overview of how everything works. But we’re already planning to follow it up with real-world footage — including customers receiving and funding the coins, as well as behind-the-scenes looks at how they’re physically produced.
