If you are inquiring about a mining pool server, once that server is restored, the mining pool will continue to pay out. If you are asking about Bitcoin and similar cryptocurrencies, there are a lot of servers that cannot crash at the same time.

If you are not going to provide details about what you were mining, the software or the mining pool you used, then don't bother asking for any help here. We are not gods to know what you were trying to mine or what error you landed upon.

I hope you have not been cheated by some cloud mining scam in the internet as they are not common right now, they were really well known some years ago and cheated a lot of people back then. People have learned that and since you say if server crashed without providing more details I assume you maybe a victim of such scam. There is really a low chance that well known pools of mining to go offline for long time and all of them in the same time.

I remember the time when fellow miners launched their mining pools on a separate home computer and promised a more equitable division of profits. There were dozens of miners from the community on these pools, and even after server failures, the miner restored the software via backups and everyone received their coins. Of course, there were dissatisfied people, but I have not encountered any deceptions.
