It’s a gradual process; you can’t jump from your current rank to senior member. There are certain things you need to get before you can reach there, like merit and activity; those things are compulsory before you achieve the next rank. You are currently in the junior member rank; you still need more merit to get to the member rank, and then you start thinking of full member.

I think you should even stop thinking of senior members because you aren’t even near the rank. There is no shortcut to get to the higher rank. However, your post history is all about bounty hunting and discussion, and that will not help you because you can’t grow in bounty discussion boards; you need to engage in meaningful discussion to rank up.
