Excuse me, but why would someone who owns Bitcoin sell it to you at a low price? They can sell it at the market price on centralized and decentralized exchanges. Do they want to lose their money?

No one can trust you if your account is new to the forum, and eve if you've been involved in this field for years, there's no proof of that, and this alone is not evidence that you are trustworthy.

If you want to conduct transactions, you should deal with trusted escrow providers on the forum, as one of them suggested in your previous topic. Without an escrow, there is no guarantee that you won’t scam people or that others won’t be scammed by you.
