Giving in all that you got just to secure some Bitcoin for the future is perhaps one of the smartest steps anyone can take because over the years with the track record success that Bitcoin have accomplished it is obvious that Bitcoin is now the investment for the future, so any one that is looking for how to save up some of their current wealth against the future should look in direction of Bitcoin, and if I have to put aside anything for my kid's against the future, I will say that Bitcoin will appear on the top of my list and I can be bullish about that, let say if I should divide my available resources and investing them in separate each, then I can give Bitcoin investment something like Upton 89% of the total investment capital and where I am giving other investments 4-7 year liquidation time frame, in the Bitcoin investment I will give it some thing around 10 years timeframe.

So when we see individual putting in all their life wealth into Bitcoin, it shouldn't be a thing of surprise for any of us because by now we should already have such level of confidence on Bitcoin and being able to put all down and be at peace, the risk with Bitcoin investment is at a highly minimal rate and at that we should be ready to push through without any fears, Bitcoin have proven us beyond doubt that it could be for future people and freedom on the long run.

Especially since Donald Trump won the US election, the price of Bitcoin has skyrocketed. No I haven't put most of my wealth in Bitcoin but I have some of my wealth in Bitcoin but due to the price rise I converted my Bitcoin to USD but if the price is dumping a bit I will buy again and hold. However Bitcoin is still not legal in my country so nothing can be done directly with Bitcoin from that country which is why I couldn't keep most of my assets in Bitcoin. But I put about 40 percent of my wealth in Bitcoin and the remaining 60 percent in other assets. But I thought in my heart if bitcoin is dumping then I will buy 40% of my wealth in bitcoin and keep it for long term which will be passed on to my child later.

It would be glad if I know when he bought that Bitcoin, if maybe it was when bitcoin was around $10k ish or probably $35k ish or something else. But however anyhow it is, i will say it is a good thing to hear and worthy of emulation.

Although I don't have that kind of money to buy 1 btc for myself talk more of my children but I am still striving to accumulate bitcoin and HODLing as much as I can because history will keep repeating itself. Emagine people who bought 1 btc around $1k ish like 10btc back then, by now they will be in good position of about $940k with a $10k investment. Bitcoin is truely a bomb.

Considering Bitcoin as a long term investment plan I mean future plan is even mostly the best buying for children which will have a more longer time interval to hold Bitcoin and possibly pass it on to their generation, we don't have to put most of our money in to Bitcoin but rather it is best we invest within the level of our discretional or disposable income which apparently varies from one individual to another. However, I really admire his courage, love and commitment he has for Bitcoin but surely, Bitcoin investment shouldn't in any way be seen as competition hence anyone could invest only with as comfortable you can be with to enable you not selling too soon but  hold for as long as necessary.

What I would like to advise you is that you should do what your mind ask you to do without a having a regret from this your topic it seems that you are having a remorse or a regret towards your bitcoin you withdraw and the supported Donald Trump for the election so you should have a determination in Bitcoin I know that for you to do so you are also having determination in Bitcoin but when it come in terms of investment anything your mind ask you to do towards a cryptocurrency most especially Bitcoin I think you should listen to it and take the risk that is involved on it because making a profit in cryptocurrency is something that come unexpectedly

I agree with you, and I believe everyone should get this simple fact that even if Bitcoin is a great investment option, it doesn't necessarily have to be the only investment option for you because there are so many options available out there that you can use along with it, as they say, never put all your eggs in one basket. So if someone has an investment budget that they want to invest, they should make sure they diversify their portfolio instead of going all-in in a single asset type.

Investment areas such as real estate, gold, stocks, and many more can provide lucrative returns in the long run just like Bitcoin. Even if the profit percentage cannot be matched, it doesn't mean they are not useful. People are earning millions of dollars from these investment options all around the world.

So I agree that we should diversify our portfolios and shouldn't invest all our money in a single investment option.

I agree with you that diversification is necessary because it helps us spread and reduce risk but I don't think it can help you increase your profits. Because as far as I know, bitcoin is currently a more profitable investment than real estate, stocks or gold...So diversification will only help you minimize your risk if bitcoin suddenly gets dumped and the bear season lasts, but it won't maximize your profits as much as you think.

But if you invest in altcoins then I don't consider it diversification because all altcoins are dependent on bitcoin. If bitcoin goes down then the whole market goes down and that is not diversification.

Yes, that's right. I don't care about any political figure whether he buys bitcoin or whatever, because bitcoin will continue to grow even without their recognition. Yeah that is true, but you can start your investment in one asset and from there diversify, i.e. you could buy BTC and hold it for the long term and when you have made some returns on your investment, you can withdraw the profit and put some of it into another investment. Fully committing to Bitcoin is certainly the dream of many people like me, but with a measure of commitment that is capable of being done. I mean it can't be like what rich people do in bitcoin and then easily buy bitcoin children. I have never had the slightest doubt about bitcoin from the past until now, but we can only do it with the amount we can afford to invest.

I am happy that he is full aware of what Bitcoin can really mean in the future. This is just the beginning and with time, we are going to see more people joining the Bitcoin adoption making it one of the most sorted currency in the world. Trump already has a plan to build a Bitcoin reserve for the country and make Bitcoin more popular than what we are seeing now. We should not be surprised to see people turning in for Bitcoin because more adoption is coming soon. Bitcoin has already surpass the Taiwan currency based on dominance and we could see more soon. The price of Bitcoin will keep going bull while those that are holding will make huge profits.

I actually still think differently from Diversification but to say that bitcoin as the first choice in investment is clearly an agreement that seems to exist today among us even though it is not in writing like that because in the end for most people who are on the forum must realize that in the end being in bitcoin is like a necessity and becomes the main choice in investment that must be done.

I'm still doing that today but even though I disagree with the idea of being diversification in this case it doesn't mean I agree with being a maximalist like some of the billionaires who have always done that.
I will only invest what I can afford to lose and obviously that doesn't mean I put in most of my income because that goes against the concept of “being able to afford to lose” and being prepared for all the risks that you have so I invest within the limits of what I can minimize in terms of risk and until now even though that kind of thing continues but I'm quite comfortable without having to be a maximalist like people.
