This is not spamming, zenaku. When you open a thread like this in the services section you can bump it once every 24 hours at most, which means that if no one replies you can post to appear first in the list of threads as long as you leave a minimum of 24 hours between posts.
If you close deals and end up doing work here on the forum I recommend that you post it here as a portfolio so that future potential clients can see what you have done. See for example the following thread, which is from a signature campaign manager, to give you an idea. Your field is not the same but I think it can serve as a good example.
