I spent today taking a closer look at GitHub again. My LuckMiner LV08 is currently running v2.11.0. I'll test it for a few days and see if any errors occur.
If anyone wants to test it anyway, they do so at their own risk.

can i use the ota updates to go from mrbonkerz 2.10 version to your 2.11 version or should i flash the factory image?
I was running mrbonkerz v2.10.0-1.9.0, and i simply updated it via OTA. First esp-miner.bin, then
www.bin.
Now mrbonkerz also has version v2.11.0.
mrbonkerz version has issues:
Notes:
Known Issue: Device shows "authentication expired" on screen (or cannot connect to Wi-Fi) after update and hard reboot
Workaround 1: Re-enter SSID and password before performing a hard reboot.
Workaround 2: Perform factory reflash to clear NVM
Known Issue: High ASIC Temperature 2 warning on main page
Workaround 1: Lower the Core Voltage/Frequency under Settings
Workaround 2: Increase Fan Speed
Known Issue: Power Fault status under swarm
Workaround: Ignore
The initial firmware flash was performed via a web browser, resulting in a system crash. Functionality was restored only after disassembling the device and directly flashing the firmware using an ESP32 microcontroller.
The fan is indeed running faster and louder than in version 2.10, and I'm currently considering downgrading to version 2.10.
