Just go and buy that in OTCs that you are from. It's way easier and more secure than looking for someone to do it to you online. Even centralized exchanges can give you some VIP treatment if you happen to become a huge buyer of their USDTs. There's always a way and not going through any private channel of chatting you and the other.
I don't think OP cares about security or safety. I believe he is looking for someone to scam, so people looking for such offers should be very careful instead. OP claims that they have offices located in many countries, but they can't even afford a simple website. All deals are going to be done through Telegram
Yeah, that's more likely to happen that this might be a scam attempt. And someone who's buying bulk orders of USDT, there's one stop to go and that's with the exchanges. It doesn't matter whether they are centralized or not, but just to fulfill the order, they are for sure going to be able to do it for these kind of deals.
